Refund policy

Due to the nature of RO products, especially customized and installed systems, returns are accepted only in cases approved by A1 Aqua Solutions.

Returns/replacements may be considered for products received damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered.

Customized, assembled, or installed products are generally not eligible for return due to change of mind.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable deductions and payment-provider timelines.
